1. If you receive a defective product, we will either replace it with a new product or refund the whole

- 제품 누락/오배송 : 일부 제품이 누락됐거나 주문내역과 다른 제품이 도착한 경우

반품/환불 요건
- The product must be factory-sealed as shipped
- There must not be any scribble or note on the product.
- Any supplements or free gifts must be returned with the product.
- Invoice must be enclosed.
- Replacement with a different product is not possible.
- 팩포장이 되어 있는 제품의 경우 팩 개봉하지 않은 상태만 가능
- 낙서 등 도착 제품에 훼손 없는 경우.
- 부록, 이벤트 증정품이 포함된 경우 함께 반환.
- Invoice 첨부.
- 다른 제품으로 교환은 불가. |
| 3. No returns accepted or refund issued in the following cases : |
반품/환불 불가인 경우 (다음 사항에 해당하는 경우 반품/환불이 불가합니다.)
- The factory seal or wrap is broken or opened.
- Loss of the product value due to the customer's error or fault such as damage or scribbling on the product.
- The product is already used.
- The grace period of return is over.
- The situation is against the shopping mall's return policy.
- Haeorum will NOT, under any circumstances, accept returns or money back on opened DVDs
- 배송지 주소가 부착된 판지 포장박스를 제외한 내부의 개별 상품 포장 또는 팩포장을 개봉한 경우
- 낙서, 파손 등 고객의 책임 있는 사유로 생긴 제품의 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우
- 고객이 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의해 제품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
- 반품/환불 시한 경과로 인해 제품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
- 기타 해오름USA가 사전에 거래에 대하여 고지한 경우
- 복사 우려가 있는 DVD의 경우 제품을 개봉시에는 어떠한 사유로도 반품/환불이 되지 않습니다. |

반품/환불 방법
- Please send an e-mail or call the customer service center before returning any products.
- Please pack the product securely and return it by UPS or insured USPS mail.
- 고객센터에 Email(또는 전화)로 상담 후 반품/환불 신청.
- 안전하게 포장하여 UPS나 우체국에서 보험을 포함한 우편으로 보내주시기 바랍니다. |
환불절차
- The credit will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the returned product.
If the product does not arrive at the customer service center, no refund will be made.
- The original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. The return shipping
cost cannot be refunded.
- The amount excluding its Shipping Fee and Restocking Fee will be returned to the “free shipping” item’s buyers, on the other hand, the amount excluding its Restocking Fee will be returned to non-“free shipping” item’s buyers
- If a restocking fee is mentioned in the product description,
the appropriate restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Haeorum will charge purchase’s restocking fee as following;
30% of its original retail value on a book (including a book set) and ceramic,
10% of its original retail value on any item excluding a book.
- 제품 수령 후 약 7일 이내 환불처리. 제품이 고객센터로 도착하지 않으면, 환불이 되지 않으니, 꼭 UPS나 우체국에서 보험을 포함한 우편으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

| 1. An order can be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped at the time the customer contacts the customer service center. |
- Once the order has been shipped, even if the customer contacts the customer service center
on the same day of the order, the customer is liable for both the original and the return shipping costs,
and both the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the customer refuses the shipment.
- If the product was shipped free, the original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a restocking fee is mentioned in the product description and the product is already shipped,
the appropriate restocking (30% of its original retail value on a book (including a book set) and ceramic,
10% of its original retail value on any item excluding a book) fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
제품 발송전에 고객센터로 연락을 주셔야 추가 비용 없이 주문 취소가 가능합니다.
- 단, 주문한 당일, 제품을 받지 못한 상태일지라도 제품이 배송 중인 경우에는 반품/환불 정책에 따라 왕복 우편 비용을 부담하셔야 합니다.
- 무료배송 제품의 경우, 제품이 이미 발송되었으면, 배송비를 제외한 금액만 환불됩니다.
- 일부 제품의 경우, 제품이 이미 발송되었으면, 제품 공급처 규정에 의거하여 restocking fee를 부담하실 수도 있습니다.

| 2. The credit will be issued either within 2 business day of the order cancellation or within 7 days of the receipt of the returned product. If the product does not arrive at the customer service center, no refund will be made. |
취소된 상품 금액은 카드회사에 따라 2~3일 이내에 신용카드 계좌로 환불됩니다.
단, 상품이 이미 발송된 경우는, 제품이 고객센터로 반송이 되어야 환불이 되며,
제품 수령 후 약 7일 이내 환불처리 됩니다. 제품이 고객센터로 도착하지 않으면,
